It looks as though the Botany place is a goer, I'll be down to the real estate office during the week to slap down a hefty deposit.The contract indicates that settlement is two weeks after they serve us a completion notice. Thus we'll have about three weeks notice to pack our stuff up and leave. Dejunking has started. Ebay and Buy for Baby posting sprees have started.
Procrasting has also begun, I've nearly finished a fairisle crady for ZAP. :D

3 weeks isn't long - do you hgave *any* idea when they are likely to 'serve you the completion notice'???
